Born and raised in Perth, Zac spent every opportunity he could at the at their family property on the Murray River (now Caudo Vineyard). After school he headed to the snow, washing dishes and working in bars, heading straight back to the farm property for summers of waterskiing and working on the Vineyard. Zac spent time in America teaching waterskiing and chasing the summer around the world. Travel has made Zac appreciate home, it’s beauty and the lifestyle, much like what had been shared with new friends across the globe. These experiences gave Zac the understanding to sustainably deliver the unique destination and it’s world class produce from the local Riverland region which he proudly calls home.
